Frontrunner!

On Saturday Chris and I took the kids on frontrunner train and went down to Salt Lake.  Connor loved riding on the train and Lyla had as much fun as a one year old can when they can't run around.  She wanted to run around and climb all over the seats.  She kept the people around us entertained.  When we got to Salt Lake we had lunch and walked around the Gateway Mall. Laura and Tyler were in town and met us there. Connor loves his Uncle Tyler.  He has become the new favorite. When we got to the other end Connor and Lyla got their feet wet in the splash park.  Connor was a little scared of the water and Lyla love it! She laughed so hard.  It was a really fun afternoon. 

Summer Time Sickness

I thought that when the weather turned warm my kids would be healthy and ready to go play. That hasn't been the case! For the last two weeks the kids have not been well.  It started with Lyla throwing up all over the place!  Her favorite place happened to be her car seat.  Oh the joys of cleaning up throw up!  Gross! After Lyla started feeling better, Connor threw up and had the big D.  We had poop everywhere! (Sorry, I know it's gross, but hey it's been my life for the last 2 weeks.)  Just when I thought we were getting  better, Lyla gets a fever, blisters on her feet and in her mouth-she has foot and mouth disease-I know it sounds gross, and it is! Hopefully we are on the mend and can get to playing and enjoying the warm weather.   Oh the joys of life! 

Welcome Maddie!

Maddie Reed is here!  My little brother Scott and his wife Kelli had their baby last night!  We are so excited she is here and a part of of our family.  Connor and Lyla are so excited to have another new cousin!  Yesterday Connor told me that the best thing that happened to him was getting a new cousin yesterday.  What a sweet kid!

Planes!

On Saturday we went to the Hillfield Air Force Museum with Paki (Grandpa Wilson). He knows all about planes and made the trip extra fun!  

Welcome Bradley Randall Reed!

Bradley Randall Reed is here!  My twin brother's wife, Kaylyn, had the baby on  Sunday afternoon. Connor and Lyla are so excited to have a new cousin!  Congratulations! We can't wait to see you guys! 

Wedding Photos!

Yesterday while I was at work Connor told Chris that he wanted to do "wedding pictures".  He then went in his room and starting posing while Chris took pictures of him. He put his Bon Jovi CD in and told Chris he could only take pictures when the music was playing.  (Yes he loves Bon Jovi, he gets it from his mother!)
